Medala acts solely as a technology platform that facilitates access to healthcare-related services offered by independent licensed healthcare providers, partner clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, logistics providers, and related service providers.
Yngen Technology Corp. and Medala:
All healthcare services, consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are rendered solely by duly licensed independent healthcare professionals.
All medicines and pharmaceutical products are dispensed and fulfilled solely by duly licensed partner pharmacies and drugstores.
Healthcare providers available through the Platform are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Yngen Technology Corp. unless expressly identified otherwise.
Healthcare providers retain sole professional responsibility for medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment recommendations, and healthcare decisions rendered through or facilitated by the Platform.
The Platform does not control or interfere with the professional judgment of healthcare providers.
Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the User and Yngen Technology Corp. or Medala.
Medala is a private healthcare technology platform and is not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored, or administered by any government agency, local government unit, public hospital, or government healthcare program unless expressly stated for a specific partnership, program, or initiative.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
Users acting on behalf of minors, dependents, or other individuals represent that they possess the necessary legal authority and consent to do so.
